could be a buy here...alot of the same people who work with CHCG work with UTVG, and I've noticed over the years they tend to run in tandem; CHCG's current move could be an indicator that UTVG will begin to pick up the pace....either way I like CHCG settling here for the next leg of it's run, I'll probably buy back in Monday
