Posting that the complaint is filed in FEDERAL COURT strengthens public perception of the merit of Spooz. The degree of guilt of Groves and HE for the crimes they committed against Spooz and it's shareholders, does not change whether or not the case is deemed to be a civil case or a criminal case.
I'm trying to understand why you think posting that it is a FEDERAL CASE that somehow the case is less important. Whether it is civil or criminal it's still a FEDERAL case and Spooz was robbed.
On the other hand after a quick review of history I see some here have made their buys now and are ready for the price to go up again hence the new spin.
