Is management buying? If not, then maybe you shouldn't. I've been watching this stock and this board for the past year and it just seems like things are going to get worse before they get better. This company has only slightly higher than a $2 million market cap. At that price, shouldn't they just go private? If management is so convinced of its business plan, why aren't they buying the stock at these prices?
