If I understand what you are asking, IF he just 'gave' us his portion of GS, with the proper share structure, he could become wealthier than if he held it on his own, and here is why: He has a 'brazillion' shares of SWVC. Can you imagine what the PPS would do if he did this? Just off of the 'good' news, PPS would spike. His shares are worth more than if he held GS privately. IMO, since I have no idea what his portion of GS is worth.
