I wouldn't say this says bad tasting food so much as bad for you food. I happen to like greasy burgers and artery thickening appetizer platters, huge chicken fingers and so on. And, given the popularity of all those chains out there that specialize in that stuff, I think that's where Uwink is hoping to steal market share. After all, the concept probably wouldn't meld well with the French Laundry.
