Well, considering that is a list of all available IP4 addresses, I would venture
to guess that all iHub members are included in there somewhere. ;-)

Every possible IPV4 Internet address is listed there. All 4,294,967,296 of them. So it is an understatement by the mental midget who posted it - it is the IP address of everyone who has accessed iHub EVER, and everyone who hasn't.

That said, if someone accesses iHub through another site such as a board aggregator or other proxy, we have no control of their logs of who access them.
