there is shorting going on you could always view the current short interest here : http://shortsqueeze.com/ and you could see past interest at Http://www.pinksheets.com under short interest. they don't update the listing but twice a month on average.

I really don't think there is any shorting going on at these prices. A sudden spike from news could send this up .005 or 50%. That would be suicide at these prices.
I think there has been too much talk and very little action. It doesn't matter what hey do have or don't have. What matters is production. With oil where it is, all we talk about are what leases we have, nothing about how much are we producing!!
Until Pineado can fill a barrel with some oil, this is open only to speculation and speculators...
The OTCBB is great, but WE NEED OIL PRODUCTION!!!!!
