Peter Matousek, Clayton Smith, and Next Up Inc. are the controlling shareholders and I have seen nothing to suggest that "during the silence there has been some restructuring and putting the right people in the right places".
Some people just don't get it. These same people have been involve with many other failed companies in the past. They are not in the business of developing "REAL" companies, only selling shares. It's called P&D. LT
