I am invested here most because it's on my home turf. This helps me in a couple of ways. First of all, I have seen the project all over the local Tv news and newspapers. Secondly, I have been in Memphis ever since they built Splash way back when. Splash was in the first wave of Casino's when they first allowed them to be built. It did well in it's day, and a few more small ones jointed in. After that, the second wave of Casino's came in along with all kinds of improvements to the infrastructure. Now, imo, it's time for the third wave, because the second wave has started to lose it's lustre. That combined with a total lack of a family venue tells me that it's bound to happen. Biggest thing in my mind is what will the share structure look like once it happens. So far, I have to say I cannot even believe how tight they have kept it down through the years.
