Based on available information from this forum;

170,770,000 outstanding
102,462,000 60% owned by insiders
68,308,000 floating

These numbers are off since I'm sure UDSG has had to wheel and deal in the past and present to just keep doing whatever it is that they say they are doing. It is unlikely that is delivering sub sandwiches, salads, or hot dogs for 7-11 as the press releases have stated.
