This relating to the national levels, granted this will be a bit harder to do on a national level so this comment is a white wash. I guess its all how you read it your right I guess, just optimistic.
I just think the last part relates to the national level because that portion will relate to more of how the finalization and staffing is done do to it will require more to get the bottles out and more of them and people to make this happen and funds to drive this home.. Keep the eye up i was ready to sell this, I was getting worried.
Well hope this moves now little more then the 30mil in the past few days its doing in volume.
