With Wittenberg, it's ready, fire, aim. I think he may be too busy pulling teeth and working on his investment schemes to keep up with what is going on. He certainly did indicate that Abbott was moving toward commercialization and he mentioned Abbott several times. It is almost like he was ignoring the fact that the terms with Abbott have changed.

Have no doubt, Dr. Moro runs the company and you never hear anything from Wittenberg except when an oral presentation is made. I would guess that Dr. Moro may consider his very heavy accent too difficult for most to easily understand. That is really too bad because I would like to hear what is going on from the man in charge.

Invest, I agree with you. Wittenberg’s talk was dated July 22, 2008. He clearly gave the impression that both Abbott Laboratories and Inverness were proceeding with the commercialization of products utilizing RECAF technology.

If it is true that there actually has been a change in Abbott’s status since BioCurex’s March 20, 2008 press release, an official announcement to that effect is needed.

What bothers me is whether the word “process”, used in Wittenberg’s talk, was intentional or not. Why would someone say “….and it is their “process” to commercialize the products utilizing our technology.” I listened to that part several times and even had someone else listen to it. That is the word he used. He could have said that it was their “purpose” to commercialize the products utilizing our technology, but he didn’t. Did Wittenberg intentionally use the word "process" to avoid problems with the SEC? Regardless, the listener goes away with the impression that Abbott Laboratories is still intending to commercialize RECAF products. BioCurex shareholders deserve an explanation. kag
