"As I see it, FWIW, they either have to raise the A/S and issue additional outstanding shares to cover the convertible notes, do a R/S and then issue additional shares to cover the convertible, or turn over all assets to the financiers, UNLESS they somehow work out something with them. What that might be nobody knows. At this point it HAS to be more dilutive than what is currently in place, one way or another. They have the company by the testicles, excuse the analogy. Something further is about to happen with the share structure, and I expect it will happen quite quickly. Just my take on it, FWIW. "
