They won't have a choice ....if the bid is at .0002 and they want to buyback shares they have to pay .0002. They are allowed to by back at bid so as to not inflate the share price by buying the ask!

The company does have the money to continue into the 2s. It is yet to be seen if they will or let the shorts settleing take care of that.
