Show me one single sentence where genesis pharmaceuticals lied or exaggerated john.. It aint there.. They told you in their first press release they intended on obtaining 30 million dollars in a share placement deal.. If you are to ignorant to have paid attention to that, it aint them who's fooling you, it's you..

There's two sides to this coin here, and the most important side is the company, its ability to continue business and grow.. With a clearly laid out plan of action, not todays not in six months but years....

You act as if,, just because you may or may not own shares in the stock, the company owes YOU something..

But did you buy shares directly from Genesis pharma?? nope.. Have you given this company a single penny?? nope..

How do you figure this company owes you something??
many people have no business sense,, no responsible knowledge of how business works.. Only running around buying a portion of the market, and think they are owed somthing through the company?? Did you buy an IPO? Nope..

This is business and business does not hand out free-bees. they'd go broke, duhh?

It's pretty simple,, You contribute money DIRECTLY to a business and then it's your business to wonder..

In the mean time,, the current business under GTEC, has no responsibility to you.. Pope, and their investors,, yup.. Pope's handed out the green.. but you, me, we are borrowers of time..

In a long term investment and position we've bought into, our role for GTEC is simply to support the stock... Through thick and thin..

Once this is accomplished we will have made a contribution..

Other wise,, you nutz running around complaining as if you are owed a single penny..
it's good to encourage employees, officers to stick with the company too.. They HAVE made a contribution... And we'll need them as we grow.. They are the people who helped start this train..

But I can hear you whining about Sam Walton's incentives too,, way back when you was born, in the 1970's. Not to compare GTEC with wally-world but, your kicking in your two cents, with no sense of responsibility and vision..


You've done nothing john-doe-nobody, zip, zero.. Moreover, acting like a fool or paid employee, intentionally causing havoc..
