That is quite the joke. He could release financials any time he wanted it does not take moving to another exchange to do it.
If he wants to be transparent, perhaps he should either confirm or deny the allegations that he has illegally sold 504 shares out of state and to non-accredited investors. The silence on this issue says a lot, doesn't it? If it was not true what would anyone sensible do, deny the claims possibly?

I wonder if he will speak up if a Wells notice shows up?


This company will never be on the AMEX as touted, pure malarky. I wonder how many shares were sold into that BS?
