Now is a really good time to build IMO. Land is cheap and casino rev's are low this year since people are cutting back on expenses due to a horrific 2008 economy.

There should be a pull back given the uncertainty of how the cost of putting all this together, the pay packages for the officers and the permitting. So, if that happens, I'll be back.
