As Rim Semi continues to move rapidly towards the completion of the Cupria technology, it has become necessary to Reverse Split the current outstanding shares 1000:1 in order to obtain the necessary capital required for funding. This step is necessary and will be highly beneficial for shareholders as it would allow us to complete the technology and increase the underlying value of our company which we will feel will impact our shareholders very positively. Since we have many pending potential orders and intense interest from many telcos, we strongly feel that this Reverse Split is just a temporary measure as future inflow of revenue will sustain this company indefinitely. Our shareholders continue to support us in anticipation of the great potential of Cupria. We will continue our efforts for continued growth and future excellence.
