Why isn't there a special belize company being created to work on the merger?

Hoarizi is running for the hills. They're out of here, and we're sunk.

Then GLCC NAO will merge with another chinese shell company.

Recently we made several filings on
Pink Sheets that range from a buy out, to a merger with an OTCBB company, to
Hoarizi returning to being a private company. I want to bring to everyone's
attention that these are some of the options presented to us, and obviously we
can not fulfill every single one of them, as some are counterproductive. We want
to be as transparent to our shareholders and keep them interactively involved
however before any such action can take place we will need approval from the
Chinese government who are also our majority shareholders as well.

So finally we have some point to start from. Either it is the company buying back some shares or merger or whatever, it is a healthy environment for the price to start climbing up.

"Ms. Doi Mai Jia, the company CEO, added "Recently we made several filings on Pink Sheets that range from a buy out, to a merger with an OTCBB company, to Hoarizi returning to being a private company"

Ok I have 2 questions:

1) If the CEO of Good Life is the woman:

who's name, according to the Nevada SOS, is

Then who is Ms. Doi Mai Jia

2) If Good Life, GLCC represents

Then who is Hoarizi?
