B-A, according to someone from the company, the reason they are not using gridcast as opposed to the grid player has to do with security issues. Currently the grid player meets the security measure required by top content owners. On another note, gridcast works similar to the grid player. It has to be installed on the host comp or component to work. Reeltime will eventually move on to gridcast when the time is right.
