Very easy for you to say when you’re not invested. No one shareholder is happy I can guarantee you that. So I should sell at .002? I don't think so my friend. Just have to wait it out; we all know that nothing is going to happen until the additional 75 million shares get authorized.
Will news follow? I can only hope.... I'm not a proud shareholder but it doesn't change the fact that I am one. Peter K is basically saying patience. I guess we'll know soon enough and a couple more weeks isn't that much longer to wait.

I would think if you’re a risk taker, right now isn't a bad time to jump in this....imo

Calc, all I can say is if you were sitting on shares of legend you would have hope . . . you just have to live in our shoes for without hope it is a total lose. Yes, reason does creep into th epicture on a daily basis and you don't look each day for news, but each week you still have that chance in the back of you mind that puts a little kick in your step.

Once again, I do not think it is fair to say they do not have UCE. (see my recent posts with filings language) While it is being reported on other boards that they do not, we have seen nothing offical from the company or from UCE. Again, since the filings, I contacted the UCE for an update and the reply came from LGMB. To be open and totally honest, the reply stated that they were still interested in the UCE but that no deal was yet done but that they hoped to consumate a deal if the UCE would still be interested in them. For the record, I do believe the poster on the other board . . . all things considered. Whether or not he is being given correct info remains to be seen.
