According to SANDY, just a couple of days ago, through an email to me, BKMP still owns 15.4% of TFNG.

I still believe we own the 15.4% as posted in their official papers to the Canada licensing authority. Until I see some thing different I think we are still in the game.
I also think we will see a US deal announced before the end of August.
