Sorry, It is very complex question and I am not qualified to answer all aspects.
One thing is sure people become suicidal when they see no hope, you give them hope economically and respect, then they are less likely to do these act of violence.
Israel keep killing them so they keep doing what they could both need to understand that what they are doing will not bring peace for there future generations.
I wish I would know the answer, I am looking forward for your explanation.
