They have the money. There are 2.2MM in Notes Receivable, $1.0MM of which has already come due. What they choose to do with that money is of course the question.

What would be silly about buying back shares? Nothing of course because that would instantly rocket the value of this company. How would it play into the pockets of YA etc? They dont care who buys their shares. And please tell me how you came across the insider info that SWVC doesnt have any money. I would love to hear this.
