Those are my thoughts exactly. I did not want to put that on the board because I did not want anyone to feel the company is running out of money but indeed by the end of the year, they will need more money and it is just being prepared and looking forward to ensure sufficient money will be there. There is no guarantee that a third licensee will indeed sign in time to provide the additional funds. My guess is that Smithline wants to force him back to their table for a revision of the first deal.
BTW, even though I agree with you above, Zolax certainly is not working for Smithline. Smithline did his financing last year and Zolax has been here a long time.
I know you speak with the company. Is that their thoughts on what is happening? Are they pretty certain Smithine has been manipulating the stock?
