Then you and the author have no trouble with Obama's tax on fat cats if it will bring in less than what people think. I say bring it on! It worked for Clinton and has been a COMPLETE FAILURE under Yogi's tax cut since we have only gone into DEBT for 4 TRILLION since he took office.
