I'm sure NEOM knows its patents don't hold much water hence just sat on its hands the whole time. CF made all the fuss about the weak patents as a leveraging block to get ahead by shooting across the bows of anyone that came close to what it was doing.

At this point they're being invalidated and it is trying to just focus on business as CH stated, and at this point Iain is probably here to sell of the parts and also make himself a tidy little bundle in biding time just like CH did.

Jonesie - No choice in the initial 60 days. As previously stated, the 60 days is mandatory and all part of the procedural timing.
