It almost looks like ACOE would reverse merge with Ky-Tenn Oil and Gas (private co.) and allow them to become public. ACOE is already public... just not trading. If there was a merger at all.
I am not sure based on the major financial commitment ACOE will need to stake a claim in this sector... coming from the clothing industry lol... that MGLG wants to take that on. I don't see it as good for MGLG to take that on based on what I am reading in the filings.
Please go read the filings for ACOE before you guys jump the gun.
I just like to know a sheep is a sheep and a wolf is a wolf without having to take its clothes off.
