i think i'm understanding it more, correct me if i'm wrong please....The company had to issue more shares in order to sell additional to cuban/radical holdings so where our total outstanding was at/around 500,000 now that number will increase by the amount in the transaction today???

then radical holdings llc will hold more than the 229,000 they had before????
