Just an example of what I think you should change and this would give the appearance that you are educated and discussing a problem instead of accusing someone of crimes.

Number 2 mentions "fraudulent" stock schemes as if they were a matter of fact. In English this means you are accusing them of crimes without specific knowledge. A lender who takes advantage of desperate borrowers is not fraudulent.Please post the law to this effect if I'm mistaken.
In number 6 you question if they are using their offshore fund for money laundering and tax shelters. Again where are you coming from. There are thousands of offhsore funds out there. Are we going to accuse all of them of this without specifc knowledge.
This indicated to me bias when I lokked at your board.
