Don't you think the SEC excuse is a little worn out by now? It's been a few years and with Scorzo being an SEC attn to begin with, he knows what he can & can't do.
He just doesn't do anything to inform shareholders pertaining to any progress.(Good or BAD)It would also let potentially new investors whether public or private know USGA's product status.
AS in possibly intriguing some new large or small investors. Hopefully large.
