I get your point BSWB. Its just that you set up your whole board to build a picture that these financiers are criminals.They have been doing these kind of financings for years and not one criminal complaint has been brought againgst Yorkville or NIR. Of course there may be others out there doing illegal stuff and the SEC has brought charges against some of them. But lets not accuse without proof. In fact now that all the lending shenanigins of Countrywide and the other sub-prime lenders has come out I would focus my board on these companies who caused economic collapse to this country.
