Correct me if I am wrong but I thought the plan was already submitted to the JDA and approved for the first 5 wells anyway. Maybe for all 10. I remember seeing something on the plans but I cant remember where. I do remember it included Block 2,4 and OPL 291. I cant remember which others were included. Block 3 being APC's was not included I dont think. Wish I had that piece of info, but I'm sure someone has it pigeon holed and ready for the board.
