CNOOC bought into AKPO (1B bbl): $2.3B for a 45% WI, oil was at $60.

With oil@130 and ERHC's share of 2, 3, and 4 around 1B bbl, the value should be $10B, or $14 per share. This is before 5, 6, 9, and the motherload... the STPEEZ.

The impatient will cry in hindsight... but to their credit, they won't die waiting.
