Yes. Maybe 5 euros more per PC. PC buyers will neither notice or care. Intel will just sponser the advertising in a direct way instead of re-imburse PC sellers. And AMD won't feel any relief. The EC is just being stupid. The Dresden fabs will still be abandoned, eventually. Sooner if AMD tries to convert them into for-hire foundries. (because of high labor costs relative to Asian fabs).
