It has for sure increased the dilution enormously..if they would have been able to make money with 141. But there is no mention anywhere that it has been an issue to delay the sale of the disruptive trading solution to the big guys. In three weeks, we will probably get the 10Q with sales around 600 Dollars and Big Apple will sell it as a 1000% increase. Lol? Not sure!
martingale, As I recall and I could be wrong, their incentive packages had a length of employment clause and neither Groves or He were employed long enough to receive the shares. milo3
