It's kinda humorous to me to watch you go through these literary gymnastics about rather Wolk craps out or if he does or if he doesn't or if he does etc.
You are the only one on this board to continue to post this stuff even after the telephone calls to 3 different people from Wolk's office including Wolk himself have confirmed the deal is on. They don't need to BS about that.
No one has enjoyed this delay and as far as I can tell it has been somewhat out of battis or Wolks control to change the time line.
I'll bet that whoever Battis has been approaching about funds is waiting to see if Wolk comes through first.
