I already posted that Tony said the paperwork is back at the SEC...Reading the board for "accurate" info is sometimes a good thing. Otherwise, I would suggest actually doing DD before you post.

jim you are right they have not reponded to the first round or have they with the ammendments.... a phone call must be made as this is important to the shareholders
