Well as someone had posted earlier; you get the families in by day, and adults in at night. Dual Concept. Keeps it busy throughout the day. Even if Nolan originally geared it towards the females 18-35.

As far as the software, like u said, I would try to sell it to a chain. For example Carls Jr. Instead of waiting in line when u walk in, and then walking to an empty table and place a plastic # on it, u would go directly to an empty table and order from the screen. The order that was printed out, has ur table # on it, and they bring the tray right to ur table.

By people ordering at the tables, it cuts or gets rid of the lines, and they'll in fact order more, seeing the avg. checks higher.

By putting the screens at the sides and not in the middle of the tables, its less protruding. For example where the "JUKE BOX" is positioned at ea. table at Johnny Rockets & Rubys Diner.
