#11488 RE: Ben Bien #11485

VERY nice post Ben!!!! Quite succinct and to the point!! I find this part of your post which is from part of the PR to be interesting to say the least:

the Company does not have any immediate plans, arrangements, commitments or understandings with respect to the issuance of any of the additional shares of common stock that would be authorized by the proposed amendment to the Amended Certificate of Incorporation.

They are saying that even though they need to raise the A/S, which we all knew, they don't have any immediate plans to introduce any of those shares in to the market.

I'm wondering....maybe more of the CD is converted than we think. We've been discussing today that there is maybe around 50% left to go. But this statement made by the company has me thinking that maybe the CD's were covered during the most recent raise in O/S up to the 250 million level.

Could that be?? Is it possible that most, or all of the CD's have been converted??? THAT would be wonderful!!! And the way they worded this in the PR suggests just this. But maybe I'm missing something.

Either way, I think we are still in great shape and that the stock is going to do really well. It would be nice to know just exactly how many, if any, of the CD's still remain.

There was a power outage at a department store yesterday.
Twenty people were trapped on the escalators.

Ben, the last sentence of the paragraph that you quoted goes as follows:

"However, the Company anticipates that it will need to raise additional equity capital in the near future through the issuance of common stock or other securities that are convertible into, or otherwise grant the holder thereof the right to purchase, common stock."

Maybe I am the only one that understands this to mean that there will be an immediate increase of O/S shares; if for no other reason to cover the CD. I honestly believe that the owner(s) of the CD are either company insiders, friends or family and that the company will use company shares to cover it - not cash.

Will the immediate increase have an effect on the current share price? Beats the heck outta' me. But as for me and my meager holdings - we'll just hold and see.
