Please note the shares sold in the past 6 months.
Over 8 million shares by insiders!
These are not the PP. Most were sold by Scott.
This amounts to over 2 MILLION DOLLARS IN THE PAST 6 MONTHS!
Someone said previously that they need to sell to eat and live.....that's a darn good living!!!!
And please....let's not speculate that Scott turned this back into the compnay for operating expenses because it's not in the 10Q.

Mark A, I beg to differ. Your count is not only incorrect is it grossly incorrect. Anyone who wants to see an accurate count of insider selling can go to

Many of the shares mark a is counting were gifted shares. Gifted shares are just that, gifted shares, and nothing at all like a sell. The total of the gifted shares equals almost 7.4 million shares. So you can see how mark a's count in not accurate at all. Thanks for the DD mark a, but please strive for greater accuracy.

Thanks for all your DD and in all due respect, you stated that there were over 8 million shares sold by insiders in the last 6 months. That is totally wrong and your own link proved that.


With your own link, it states that there were a total of Gross Shares Bought/Sold 8,457,154 and they were not all sold.

Some of those shares were gifts and for services and not all sold to market by insiders.

Before spooking folks with mis-information(I'm sure it was not intentional on your part) I ask for all to please be a bit more cautious and getting the correct facts before posting such.

We are all here for the success of Exobox and posting such as you have posted could be more damaging to the shareholders and our company than the benefit of shareholders and the company....IMO.

Lets keep the board full of the most quality (not quantity)posts with the most accurate DD as I'm sure that there is some great DD out there soon to be discovered..IMO.

Here is a board challenge for anyone that really wants to harp on the sells by insiders.

Figure out the total percentage that the insiders have sold to market, compared to "What they Could" sell to market to Date from the inception of the company.
