Counselor, maybe a simple letter or some dialogue from you would suffice, as there has been way too much talk of suits flying every which way till Sunday around these parts of the woods. Lord knows why SS would pursue endorsing ScanBuy, after having promoted NeoMedia at length with TS and Changewave - a Phillips International Co. and having performed an extensive patent review of NeoMedia's IP before he/TS formally endorsed NeoMedia.

I saw PP at the SHM in Ft. Myers at our last meeting. He had been pumping NEOM to TS and that newsletter. Then NEOM (CF and colleagues)failed to pay PP and from that day on he never mentioned us by name and he turned against NEOM.

Claw - I wonder if he is still a stockholder. Reckon he bailed when TS pulled out? There was some contention at that time that he was trying to double his shares from a deemed signed contract held with NEOM, when the call to pull the plug was made. If he was not sued in the "timing of the alleged contract" and causing the plug to be pulled by TS, when the stock plunged, I don't think we have much ground in proving a stock plunge in asserting that NEOM was/is a patent troll.
