In my opinion, all subsidiaries are wholly owned. There was some confusion earlier this week pertaining to the specificity of the PRs, however, I'm also of the belief that these subsidiaries were created perhaps for tax purposes, liability planning, marketing and operational focus. In the end, Spooz, Inc. maintains full control of everything...including all revenues.
