As a 'LONG TIME' stock player, the ''KISS OF DEATH'' has been converted debt. You have invited any short seller to kill any move above .15 for the next year. ....What the heck were you thinking? There were other ways to do this and have the same results. ----I have been reminded as to why this is an OTC stock....Perhaps one of us will learn from this.
