Any time a well is permitted by the DOG it is public information, regardless if its deemed confidential or not. If it is confidential, the drilling and production info will be held tight for 2 years. Keep in mind, TIV must first go thru the time intensive process of permitting wells/production facilities thru Ventura County (one of the worst counties in CA), which can take many months, and then get a permit from the DOG. The DOG is practically a "walk thru".
