cgraut, My memory of the discussion on one of the conference calls is that they are hoping to get a CFO that will also be able to be a bit of a public relations guy/gal...who would be able to make presentations at broker and investor conferences.
I have no idea about why Swank would not be the CFO, other than that his plate is already full and he is performing other functions.
One thing that has struck me each of the times I've spoken with Melissa is how pleased she is with her employment team. She has made several comments about how fortunate we are to have the level of talent that we do.
One further thought....as I was typing the last paragraph I remembered one of the phrases from the last conference call. I think it was Melissa when she said something of DRG culture being extremely positive. I believe that in time this attitude will prevail.
