There are actually two Form 4 reports for Melissa Rice today which can be seen under the Filings tab in the link I gave. The two filings cover all her buys of DRGP for the past year and we can now see that she has been buying shares at just about every level. This is logical, of course, since the stock was undervalued at all the prices she paid and no one (not even the CEO) can see into the future and tell exactly where the exact bottom on any stock will be.
