Morning Hammer. It was the Frankfurt move that compelled me to believe a little deeper as well. Especially since TRGD and ESIT trade there as well.

Regarding VFIN, I think they are running out of shares. Thankfully someone posted that link on the thread here that had the # of shares sold year to date.
