The investment house that is doing the 2 mil deal with the company is willing to pay a premium to the market (5 cents and 10 cent warrants) based upon their due diligence. You can bet that they know one heck of a lot more about this company and its prospects than any of us! That's why I believe that this is a good buy now. Any price below 10 cents is a fairly good bet in the long run in my opinion....Good luck...Joe.
