this will continue to be debated back and forth untill the company decides to tell us the float. but even if it is dillution I'm satisfied that the money is being well spent. like you said all kinds of stuff's happening and it costs money, lots of it. in the end, will anyone care if the float is 400 million+- and the products are in 10s of thousands of stores nationwide.

This is why the questions regarding dilution, financing, etc need to be addressed in a press release by the company, not by some shareholder acting like Magnum PI, although I'll give him kudos for going the extra mile. If they can address this crap in a pr it'll save a lot of grief from our side and less annoying phone calls to management.
